For more than 20 years the Ringwood team has not only helped us maintain the value of our investment properties with impeccable service they have more than once made us look like heroes with our tenants. From freezing cold days when furnaces have stopped to heat waves when air conditioners decided to take a vacation Steve and his team often make us feel like we are the only client they have. Ringwood Heating and Air Conditioning have been taking care of my home for the past 4.5 years. A couple of years ago we were leaving on holidays in March and at 11pm the night before our 6am departure we noticed the furnace was not working. We sent an email to Ringwood’s and they answered right away at 11pm!! They told us not to worry and enjoy our holiday and they would take care of everything. The next morning, they were in to get the furnace working and sent us an email to let us know  our house was toasty and warm. We got the email when we landed and it allowed us to enjoy our holiday and come home to a warm home! They are warm and caring people to work with and I wouldn’t have anyone else take care of my home
