Steve Ringwood has been licensed in the HVAC field for over 25 years. He brings his personal dedication to every job he does with attention to detail and quality that he would expect in his own home.

“I do all of my jobs from initial consultation to installation and final inspection. That ensures my customer’s direct contact with me.” Steve’s many years of experience allow him to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently.

Steve Ringwood was born and raised in Markham, started his business in Markham, and has grown his business here. We take great pride in being known for our exceptional service, competitive pricing, and complete knowledge of our customer’s needs.

Ringwood Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is committed to our community. We are very active in sponsoring, promotion and volunteering our time with organizations such as Markham District Baseball Association and Markham Minor Hockey.

We are also extremely committed to our trade. We work closely with various community colleges that have HVAC programs by hiring graduates through their co-op programs.

Ringwood Heating and Air Conditioning have been taking care of my home for the past 4.5 years. A couple of years ago we were leaving on holidays in March and at 11pm the night before our 6am departure we noticed the furnace was not working. We sent an email to Ringwood’s and they answered right away at 11pm!! They told us not to worry and enjoy our holiday and they would take care of everything. The next morning, they were in to get the furnace working and sent us an email to let us know  our house was toasty and warm. We got the email when we landed and it allowed us to enjoy our holiday and come home to a warm home! They are warm and caring people to work with and I wouldn’t have anyone else take care of my home
